Next Sunday, March 6, we'll be seeing the film Infinitely Polar Bear starring Mark Ruffalo and Zoe Saldana. This film from 2014 is about a manic-depressive man trying to raise his two young daughters in the hopes of reuniting with his wife. The two children don't make his task easy.
John Anderson's Lecture is SRO at the Oceanside Library
Last week John Anderson gave a very interesting lecture at the Oceanside Library. He compared some of the history of the Los Angeles Police Department under Chief Parker with the book L.A. Confidential. After the talk about the police department, John discussed the book further with the library's book club. There was standing room only for this outstanding event. Wish you all could have been there.
